Our business coaching services are customized for each client, based on where they are in their business lifecycle. We assist clients who simply just have an idea, through to mature companies who are already successful and looking to develop new technologies or products or to grow ones they already have.
Much of our client engagement is focused on coaching relationships, providing our clients with access to our network of experts who have built and sold successful businesses, and are eager to share their experiences and lessons learned.

Six steps to success.
Our programs are customized for the success of each individual entrepreneur we help, but in general, this is what the VAP looks like:
1. Onboarding
Get an introduction to the Venture Acceleration Program. Meet with the Executive-in-Residence who will be your mentor.
2. Mentorship
Receive one-on-one coaching sessions designed to teach as well as offer genuine and honest feedback.
3. Quarterly Reviews
Review your previous quarter with your Executive-in-Residence or the Executive Director to celebrate successes and reflect on goals.
4. Ongoing Workshops
Keep learning alive with our ongoing workshops designed for the small business owner or entrepreneur in mind.
5. Check-ins
Routine check-ins to ensure the program is meeting the needs of its clients, and that the clients are accountable to the program.
6. Graduation
Clients who have completed the training are ready to determine if their product is fit for launch in its target market.
