What are your standard hours of operation?
Our office is attended by Hubspace staff Monday – Thursday, 9am-5pm and Friday, 9am-1pm. Hubspace is accessible 24/7 to both Private Office and Dedicated Desk Members.
Where are you located?
We’re centrally located in downtown Prince George at 1299 Third Avenue, on the corner of Third Avenue and Quebec Street.
How do your Membership Agreements work?
Our agreements range from 1-hour boardroom rentals to monthly Memberships. We know that month-to-month agreements can help you grow your startup or small business at the rate most comfortable to you. Need some space while you move offices? Want to visit with us while your space is being renovated? We can help with that, too.
What are the terms of your Dedicated Desk and Private Office Membership Agreements?
All agreements begin on the 1st of the month. Our 30-day notice policy requires move-out on the last day of the month, allowing the new member to move in on the 1st of the following month. If you need to start mid-month, contact us and we’ll be happy to arrange something with you.
How much is a membership?

What is the difference between a Hot Desk, Dedicated Desk, and Private Office membership?
A Hot Desk Membership gives you to an unassigned desk or workspace in a common area. Phone calls must be made in the phone booth and personal items must be taken home at the end of the day. You
A Dedicated Desk Membership is a personal desk with a bit more privacy and entitles you to full use of the coworking space and 24/7 access. The phone booth is available for calls as well as a boardroom and meeting room.
A Private Office Membership is a fully enclosed space built for a team of 1-2 people and can be locked. Private office Memberships entitles you to full use of the coworking space and 24/7 access. You can add on more offices as you grow, or develop a custom plan to accommodate your group and meet your needs.
As a Hot Desk member can I register guests for my workspace?
At this time, we do not offer the option for Hot Desk members to have guests in our open area workspaces. They have the option of purchasing a one-day Hot Desk rental or meeting briefly with you in the meeting room.
How do we secure a meeting room or event space?
We need the payment made prior to the date of the meeting or event. This will reserve the space for you. We accept cash, email transfer, credit card or cheque which you can bring in beforehand. The reservation is not confirmed until we have the payment settled up.
Are you pet-friendly?
Yes! We welcome friendly dogs to our space and they must be on a leash. We think more offices should be pet-friendly as it really improves the vibe of the place—it gives the space more life and a fun attitude.
I talk on the phone a lot. Is that going to be a problem?
We encourage members to take business phone calls and collaborate with each other. We simply ask that any phone conversation be taken outside to the beautiful shaded outdoors (in the summer, of course!) or simply step into the phone booth or meeting room. Ensure it is kept to a reasonable indoor level, respectful of other members working in our space.
Can I officially register my business at Hubspace’s address?
Yes, this is possible for all different types of memberships and external companies or individuals. Contact us if you have any questions about this process!
Are there any additional overhead costs?
No! Your Dedicated Desk and Private Office membership includes weekly cleaning, heat, hydro, printing (within reason), wifi, tea and coffee, you name it!
Is there a kitchen?
We have a small kitchenette which has a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker and kettle.
Is there parking?
There is on-street three-hour parking, a paid lot behind Intersect on the corner of Second and Quebec, and monthly pay parking in city and private lots.
