Quynlan Adair was born and raised by a family of business owners in Prince George, BC. She has assisted many members of her family in the day-to-day operations of each business. It was attending the University of Northern British Columbia when her passion for local business truly developed. She spent two years studying various businesses through casework on the UNBC JDCWest team and creating solutions for their respective challenges. With a background in events and marketing, Quynlan started at the Prince George Chamber of Commerce as the Executive Projects Coordinator in January of 2019. This role continues to offer the opportunity to work with the organization’s membership of more than 700 firms. While she began at the Chamber with a preference for planning and executing business workshops and large networking events, she quickly began to favour the work that the Prince George Chamber does to engage and advocate with/for the business community of Prince George. As the Digital Business Manager for this initiative, Quynlan looks forward to working with each business that DER3 can assist in entering or expanding into the digital economy.

What we do is just as important to us as to why we do it. Here are our guiding values at Hubspace.
We are in this together. We have empathy, we know we’re all human, and acknowledge we can’t do any of this alone.
We are inspired leaders, creators, and self starters. We love what we do and aren’t afraid to fail or try new things.
We are persistent and will never settle. We get stuff done and we get it done well.
We are grateful for each other. We don’t take success for granted.
I’m starting a business and tried working from home, but it was a nightmare. I felt like I was always working but never getting anything done. I would get distracted with the dishes, the laundry, and even the yard work, and over time began to feel extremely isolated.
Becoming a coworker at Hubspace has not only helped my business productivity, but it has also connected me with other like-minded entrepreneurs who understand the unique challenges and triumphs of working for yourself. Joining this supportive coworking community has reignited my love for entrepreneurship and has given me the confidence and know-how to take my business to the next level.
I credit Hubspace for propelling my business venture forward faster and more efficiently than I thought was possible. I am so grateful for the support and encouragement I have experienced through working with Hubspace. I have had the pleasure of working with and getting to know some of the most inspiring and intelligent entrepreneurs, innovators and business minds ever.
Coupled with the VAP program and the sense of community that is offered within the co-working model, I cannot imagine choosing another place to launch my business. It is a pleasure to go to work every day and I can not recommend it enough.
We wouldn’t be where we are today without the generous support of our sponsors.
